Does anyone have any good recipes for cooking in the microwave?
I live in the dorms at a local university and have no stove / oven for cooking, so I'm constantly missing out on real food. If anyone has any RESIP useful and good for cooking in the microwave or other means that have created please help!
This is a very hot soup and garlic bread only needs, and maybe a salad to complete the meal. 1 / 3 cup chopped red or green 1 / 4 cup chopped onion 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream cheese, cubed 1 cup skim milk 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules 1 cup boiling water 1 can (8 oz.) cream style corn 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 1 / 8 teaspoon black pepper Place peppers and onion in microwave casserole. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes at high power (100%) until the vegetables soften. Add the cream cheese and milk. Heat over medium-high energy (70%) for 3-6 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Dissolve bouillon granules in hot water. Stir cream cheese mixture. Add remaining ingredients and continue over medium-high power (70%), stirring occasionally, for 5-10 minutes or until the soup is too hot.
