I've eaten in New York and Los Angeles, restaurants are excellent, great value given the quality of the cuisine. I really Maze enjoyed more than his two brothers of a Michelin star restaurant – Gordon Ramsay at The London New York. That really was a dining experience and I can 't wait to try my hand in preparing the meals myself.
This cookbook offers readers the opportunity to Maze-style cooking. But it is more than a collection of restaurant 's best recipes. The book explains how each dish is served at the restaurant, after which additional recipes offered from of the same ingredients.
