What kind of homemade bread is the best hot dip artichoke spinach?

I would like to make some homemade bread and can not decide it would be better to serve with the Dep.

Delicatessen Rye Bread Ingredients: 3 cups rye flour, divided 2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided 2 cups bran flakes 2 pkg. 1 tablespoon active dry yeast. 2 teaspoons caraway seeds. 2 tsp salt. onion powder 2-1/4 cups water divided 1 / 4 cup vinegar 1 / 4 cup dark molasses 1 / 4 cup (1 / 2 stick) butter or margarine 1 square unsweetened baking chocolate 1 / 2 tsp. Mix cornstarch 1 cup rye flour, 2 cups all-purpose flour, cereal, yeast, caraway seeds, salt and onion powder in large bowl. Place 2 cups of water, vinegar, molasses, butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Simmer until the butter melts, stirring occasionally. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add to flour mixture. Beat with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. Add remaining 2 cups flour Rye and 3 / 4 cup of purpose flour, stir until mixture forms a stiff dough. Place dough on lightly floured board, knead 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel. That place in warm place free from draft, 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until doubled in volume. Hit the dough, divide in half. Shape each half into ball. Place 1 ball in each of 2 greased 8-inch baking pan or round 1 large greased baking sheet. Cover with a towel clean, leaves room for 1 hour or until doubled in volume. F. PREHEAT oven to 375 ° Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes or until loaves sound hollow when tapped. Meanwhile, the cornstarch mixed with 1 / 4 cup water in small saucepan. Bring just to boil the brush over top of loaves. Bake for 5 additional minutes or until bright. Remove from pans, cool on wire racks.
